Sport fishing in Sierpe, Costa Rica

Fishing Report, November 2018

In November we have had less rain, however the water on the surface stays cold and this keeps the fish biting. Near Caño Island we have been catching Dorado, Yellowfin Tuna, Mackerel Tuna, Barracuda, African Pompano, Wahoo and some Bigeye Trevally. As usual, we expect the dorados to stay close to Isla del Caño for the remainder of the month and the first days of December. Fishing is good at the Estuary as well, Mangrove Snappers are biting our trolling lures. Book Now
